DocuSafe
provides quick and easy access to stored information through its advanced
database management system. All tapes and other media are bar coded for quick location and retrieval. Applying a bar code label to each tape or tape container will give you accountability as to the status of your tapes. You will have 24-hour access your tape library. This same system also provides customers with a convenient means of tracking their tapes/documents. Via our remote computer access system, DocuSafe clients can quickly determine the location (on-site or off) of their records. Soon DocuSafe customers will be able to access tracking information via their internet browser. |

DocuSafe's reporting system gives customers an activity log of file requests and deliveries. This flexible reporting system can be tailored to the specific information needs of your organization. .

The DocuSafe Electronic Media Vault is a double-secured temperature and humidity controlled enclosure within our document storage facility. The Vault incorporates a specialized storage rack system that can accomodate all sizes of magnetic tape and data cartridges. In addition to double fire doors and a ventilation isolation system, the Vault also has its own carbon dioxide fire suppression system. |
